West Gouldsboro Library
| Construction of the West Gouldsboro Library began in 1907 but was not
finished until 1909. It is still open today, though only two days per
week during the warmer seasons. It is also a meeting place for the Gouldsboro
Historical Society during the months of May and June. The library is
located just south of the village center on the Schoodic Scenic Byway
next to the Union Church. Both buildings are on the National Register
of Historic Places. |
