This photo shows the view from Grindstone Point in Winter Harbor of Ned Island (in the center) and the Winter Harbor Lighthouse on Mark Island (on the left). Because of their close proximity and this viewing angle, they appear as if they are part of the same land mass. The land to the right in the distance is part of the larger Turtle Island.
