Bubble Pond in Acadia National Park
The early morning light is just shining over the mountain to the left and reflecting off Bubble Pond in Acadia National Park on Mount Desert island in Maine USA. The water is so clear that you can easily see to the bottom of the pond. This is a common scene here that is almost always extraordinary. Time of year is September 18 at 8:47 AM. Image Specs: Canon 5D Mark II with Canon 24-105mm f/4.0 L Series Lens at 24mm, f/20, ISO 100. Three different exposures at 1/2, 1/8, & 1/30 seconds were used.
