There is such a variety of rocks in Stanley Brook in Acadia National Park. The pink granite is a standout. Rich green moss covers some creating a fantasy world of nature. I love the sounds found here - the trickling water, the chipmunks and squirrels, the wind blowing through the evergreens. (next photo)
