Ship Navigation Wheel at Sunrise in Bar Harbor
An old ship navigation wheel is shown here on a dock in Bar Harbor, Maine at sunrise. Bald Porcupine Island, part of Acadia National Park, is in the distance to the right. There is a breakwater off this island that protects the harbor from open sea waves. On the point to the right is part of the famous Shore Path enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year.
