Flower Filament and Anther
Asticou Azalea Garden is a great place to do macro style photography. This close-up shows the anther and the filament part of a beautiful orange red flower. Lenses with image stabilization certainly help when doing this type of photography. You may also choose to use a tripod and shutter caple or wireless device. The lens used on this was a 100mm f/2.8 macro. Shutter speed was 1/250 second, ISO 100.
